*ALL Dogs Must Be Current On Vaccinations. This includes; Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella. These must have been giving by a veterinarian. No self-vaccinating will be recognized. We will call vets to verify vaccines and dates.

*Appointments only. No walk-ins. 

*All appointments must be checked in between 7:30am and 9:30am. Unless previously arranged, appointments will not be accepted past 9:30am.  Late appointments will need to be rescheduled. All clients get a text reminder of their appointments 48 hours prior to appointment, if you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours. "No show" appointments will be charged a "No Show Fee" and will need to be paid at the time of completed next appointment.  Groomers work mostly on commission and an expected appointment who does not show is loss of income for that groomer. No Show fee is $25.

*No guaranteed time of grooming completion is giving. On day of groom, if you have other plans or appointments, please know that we are working as fast as we can. We will call or text you when your dog(s) are ready to go. Summertime and holidays are especially busy. If you are not making an appointment, please do not call or come by the salon to see if your dog is ready to go as this puts unnecessary stress on groomer and dog during an already busy day.

*Matting. If your dog is matted/pelted beyond repair, they will be shaved down. At this point comfort comes before vanity. No groomer wants to shave a dog down, but we will if we have to. There will be a "mat fee". This fee depends on how badly the matting is. Fee starts at $20.

If your dog is presented to us with fleas and/or ticks, there will be a charge. We use a shampoo to treat the dog to remove fleas and ticks. This is a temporary treatment. Please see your vet for flea and tick prevention!! We also have to maintain flea control within the salon. Which means a pesticide control contract for the premises. Flea and tick treatment charge is $20.

New Puppies Policy

If a groom is scheduled for your pup, we will do our best to complete this task with time, patience and persistence. This will be completed in the safest manner possible. We will not over force your pup to comply. With time he/she will become accustomed to being groomed. The prices for grooming your pup will vary with weight, breed and type of coat. The price is a set base cost. If the groom is not able to be completed in some areas or even at all, the price will be the same as if the groom was completed. The reason for this is because a groomer is being paid to work with your pup, products were used, time was used, or the grooming appointment slot could have been used for another dog at the full price. We may ask that you bring your pup back in a day or two to try and finish the groom. We want your pup to learn without being over stimulated and causing fear because of what we must do.
